Duties And Responsibilities

 Project Planning & Scheduling, Resource & budget planning, Risk & Issue Management

 Identification of all Project deliverables by coordinating with various project stakeholders.

 Assisting project manager to prepare Project Management Methodology

 Develop project schedules including preparation of work packages, scheduling, task duration, setting of milestones, determination of the critical path and resource optimization with the aid of specialist planning computer software such as Primavera P6

 Preparation of project budget and cost monitoring

 Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams

 Identification of project risk through working closely with project team and contractor team

 Development of Risk Register and tracking of action plans to mitigate risk

 Development and updating of Project scope variation log and Project issue log

 Generating / updating of weekly & monthly reports including delay analysis, Activities report, etc., as per the project requirement and submit the same for the company review.

 Monitoring progress throughout the project period and comparing this with the projected schedule of work

 Inspect and evaluate to ensure that materials and methods used are in compliance with established safety standards and specifications and to ensure the maintenance of sound engineering standards
