Qatar Development Control Programme Manager: Leading a Programme to reform the Development Control process for Qatar. Improving business process, developing codes and standards, and delivering an integrated online IT portal.
Governance Team Scheduling: Responsible for the development, maintenance, and tracking of the plan of work for the 3 year contract in collaboration with section heads and team members. Included scheduling, resource loading, and developing manpower requirements.
Business Management System Project Manager: Development of a management system, implementing policies, practices, processes and procedures. Responsible for the start-up and initiation phases of this project.
Stakeholder Portal Agile Project Manager: Software delivery of a secure web access for external stakeholders.

Achievements
