I have experience in (MWS) Marine Warranty Survey for wet tows or dry tows. Experience in pool fire loads and jet fire loads for structures under process equipment.

• HSE; Practitioner and Manager during project works, including compliance and auditing to OHSMS 18001 (Lead Auditor) and national standards. Experience in (HIRC’s) Hazard Intervention and Reporting Card under processes documentation control. Experience in site (TSTO) Total Safety Task Observations. Effectively managing and controls engineering changes with (HSEQ) Heath, Safety, Environment and Quarantine.

• QA/QC; Project QHSE, ABS codes for classification – MODU, MOPU, FPSO, FSO and LNG codes, sub-contractor selection, and quality control of all construction activities, including verification and compliance to contract documentation.

• Standards; ISO standards and requirements – PETRONAS Technical Standards and Procedures – CAP 437 Guidelines and Standards – DNV (Offshore Standards) – Norsok Standards – AWS (American National Standards) – ASTM (International Standards) – API (American Petroleum Institute) ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).

• Document Control; Experience in document control process within the project team desirable. Management principles and implementations methods. Software experience with business objects, MS Access, Excel, Cloud, and Crystal.

• Transportation; Heavy Lift Transporters – Loading and Offloading of MOPU, drilling rigs, jack ups, semi and production modules. Sea fastening, leg removals and equipment removals, Interface between Transporters, Agents, Ports, Tug Companies.

• Dry Docks; Experience in floating dry docks, graving docks, heavy lift transporters for many different kind of vessels and cargo.

• Good Communicator; Arbitrate, negotiate and defuse any disputes between site, yard, class, client and contractors (technical, contractual and commercial).

• Vessel’s; Experience in ship yard work for conversions upgrade’s and new builds for jack-up rigs, semi-rigs, Drill Ships, MOPU, MODU, Surf, FPSO, FSO, LNG, Tenders, Deck Barges, Crew Boats, Supply vessels, Tankers and Supply Ships.

• Process; Experience with offshore platforms, land process plants and process package’s for FPSO, FSO, MOPU’s vessel.

• Mechanical; Experience in all major equipment from fire pumps, to well head control panels for vessels to process side.

• Preservation; Experience in preservation and procedures on major equipment for long-term projects.

• Additional Training and Qualification; Project and business management training in UK, Quality Management Training Dual Fuel Turbine Training.
