Programme Integration & Change Control Lead in the Central PMO team for a global SAP implementation programme.

Project Management: Created detailed integrated project plans and lead global cross-functional meetings to ensure requirements and timescales of the project are met.

Programme Management: Managed the programme risks and issues, produce status reports, coach and upskill other planners to establish a common skill base, create template project plans and support the management of the programme schedule.

IT & Business Integration: SME for the software used to capture change requests, risks, issues, work requests and defects across the entire global programme. Implemented consistent measures within the performance management structure to allow for benchmarking and to ensure alignment with the overall direction of the company. Reports are being used at UK and parent company level.
