• Applying SIX SIGMA DMAIC and root cause analysis techniques to improve process effectiveness.

• Preparing and evaluating the full implications of change management and implementing the changes that are required, signing off of new products, equipment, tooling, SQA reports, layout requirements, etc.

• Providing an effective day to day engineering support and responsibility for the unit including problem solving for the shop floor, customer, supplier, and other company functions.
