• Acting as a Member of the Board, with overall responsibility for operational management, the development of planning and strategic documents, whilst also drafting project applications

• Duties included administrative, human and financial management, including strategic planning

• Utilising communication skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders, including partnerships with local and foreign partners

Key Projects:

• Project managing at the Infra Projekti (previously Ramboll Latvia), acquiring new agreements with Riga International airport and completing detailed design of aprons, taxiways and buildings on the airfield, obtaining permits and approvals from municipal governments.

• In charge of Riga International Airport Master Plan 2012 – 2036 development and its strategic environment impact assessment, Riga airport development forecasts, investment program, spatial planning.
