Manage $50M+ portfolio of Direct Material Purchase. Focus on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results. Works closely with the Factory Managers to deploy strategic supply chain productivity initiatives. Leads efforts to identify and resolve facility supply chain constraints. Optimized inventory levels which resulted in $5M reduction in the working capital. Reduce average inventory levels from 18 days to 14 days for Finished Goods and 42 from 82 days for Direct Materials.
