My major responsibilities include following:

1. Plan & Supervise Nitrogen Kick off for de-liquefaction of loaded-up wells, acid stimulation & well bore clean out using coil tubing.

2. Plan and supervise slick line jobs to retrieve stuck down hole jet pumps, standing valves, de-scaling of tubing, setting & retrieving of single seal pumps.

3. Install Completion for jet pump and also natural oil wells.

4. Independently run 15 plus completions included DB,FB, R-3 and HS packer.

5. Prepare end of well reports and update well completion profiles.

6. Supervise Drill stem testing (DST) at exploratory & appraisal wells as per company’s HSE standards.

7. Candidate well selection for work-over jobs. Prepare proposal programs.

8. Supervise work-over operations ranging from tubing change over, fishing jobs, zonal isolation, remedial/squeeze cementing.

9. Supervise various well tests such as flow after flow, Modified Isochronal and build-up tests.Co-ordinate, supervise the tests and carry out preliminary interpretation.

10. Co-ordinate and all type of well interventions jobs.

11. Regular well monitoring and evaluation.

12. Prepared well histories and updated well completion profiles.

13. Mentors summer interns in the field and help undergraduate petroleum engineering students in their research projects.

14. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

1. Supervise Drill stem testing (DST) at exploratory gas wells as per company’s HSE standards.

2. Install all completion processes and plan for developed and exploratory wells completion procedures.

3. Provide support to completion project and also assist in mono bore well completion.

4. Also made completion of ERW(Extended Reached Wells).

5. Supervise BHP survey and FAF .Co-ordinate with service companies for planned job and on-site supervision.

6. Supervise Nitrogen Kick off for de-liquefaction of loaded-up wells, acid stimulation & well bore clean out using coil tubing.

7. Supervise RST, PSP and MBPT jobs in gas wells .

8. Prepare annual testing programs of each gas wells.

9.. Prepare gas sales invoices and third party verification.

10. Co-ordination with Control Room and Power plant and responsible for un-interrupted gas supply.

11. Regular well monitoring and evaluation.

12. Working closely with production and service company personnel to ensure a safe and efficient operation.

13. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
