Working as Corporate EHS Manager responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs for the company. This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all EHS decisions, which bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability. Following are detailed responsibilities including:-

Waste management and disposal to meet GE compliance and the local regulations

Responsible for the design, implementation and control of site EHS objective, policies and guidelines.

Implementation of GE One GE Safety Outage plan especially designed for critical activities during outage

Ensure that all applicable EHS procedures, policies and plans and implemented and followed at all levels.

Oversee the site safety policy and ensure that all of the safety events, violations and environmental impacts are recorded and addressed in accordance to the respective policies.

Prepare and manage risk assesments, JSA, lift plans, permits and hazard hunts

Coordinate with client and management to achieve desired safety srandars

Planning and conducting site inspection, audits and surveys

Conduct site walkdowns, preparea & submit reports to client on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Implement ISO 14001, 18001, 9001.

Investigation of accident, incidence, near miss and LTA and suggest remedial measures to avoid its reoccurrence.

Conduct and supervise EHS trainings.

Lead emergency response team.

And;

Prepare, manage and supervise all documentations related to Project pre-mobilization phase and Project mobilization phase activities such as initial site inspection, emergency contacts, equipment specific LOTO (lockout tagout) procedures, EHS orientation for employees and contractors, job safety analysis & risk assessments, safety meetings, hours tracking, LOTO clearance forms, weekly inspections, daily toolbox talks, reporting of accident/incident, injury, spill or other EHS event; safety correction action, Equipment inspections (annual crane inspection, daily crane inspection, overhead crane daily inspection, overhead crane monthly inspection, aerial platform inspection, come-along and chain-fall monthly inspection, fall protection equipment monthly inspection, daily forklift inspections, monthly rigging inspection); lift permits, hot work permits, confined space permits, audits and regulatory inspections.

Project de-mobilization phase activities such as final site & TNP (tools & plants) inspections, housekeeping, commissioning, start up, performance testing and site handing over to customer. Daily, weekly and monthly walkdowns, reporting & monitoring.
