Operations Engineer

• Collaborate with other team members (Operations, Customer Relations, Marketing, Software Developers, Managers, Distributors, Manufacturers, Consultants, and Directors) to meet the targets in the area of responsibility.

• Manage all affairs related to daily operations by TDIBassline.

• Ensuring all products with available data is linked to a distributor. Locating and corresponding with distributors in USA and Canada for products with available feeds and best pricing.

• Ensure all the purchase orders from the previous days have been completely processed after verifying the payment is received by TDIBassline.

• Contact the distributors to verify the placed purchase orders and return the tracking information to the customers.

• Improve the order processing procedure on the company’s ERP system by collaborating with distributors’ and Shopping Cart Elite’s technical team.

• Manage and execute the complete life cycle of purchase orders for the orders generated on Amazon and EBay.

• Examine the market sales trend on Amazon and EBay for the company’s campaign, and propose optimization strategies to increase gross profit.
