DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE

A. Al Hosn Gas , Abudhabi as a Process Operator.

Abu Dhabi Gas Development Ltd, “ A Limited Liability Company” (Al Hosn Gas) was established by the Emiri Decree no. (03/2010) issued on 1st February 2010. The new company’s headquater is based in the city of Abu Dhabi and recognized and honored as one of the proud ADNOC Group of Companies.

The purpose of the company is to develop the Arab A,B,C and D sour gas reservoirs located in the Shah Field onshore of Abu Dhabi. This will include extraction of the sour gas, liquid hydrocarbons and sulphur from the reservoirs, construction and operation of all facilities required to produce, transfer, process, meter, store, transport and deliver the sour gas from the production wells to the delivery points and marketing sulphur for export abroad.

B. ADCO, Abudhabi as an Operation Foreman.

The Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) operates onshore and in shallow coastal water of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, one of the seven members of the United Arab Emirates which was established on 2nd December 1971.

The original concession agreement was made with Petroleum Development (Trucial Coast) Ltd. On 11th January 1939, but geological work did not begin until after the Second World War. Exploratory drilling began in Abu Dhabi in February 1950.

C. PETROFAC – Field Operator

The El Merk CPF located in Block 208, Algeria, will be operated by Sonatrach and Anadarko on behalf of the El Merk partners: Sonatrach, Anadarko, Maersk Oil, Eni, ConocoPhillips and Talisman (Algeria).

The combined nominal capacity of the initially installed processing facilities will be 98,000 barrels of oil per day, 29,000 barrels of condensate per day, and 31,000 barrels of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) per day together with an NGL train with a nominal capacity of 600 million standard cubic feet per day. The CPF will also include 500 million standard cubic feet of residue and re-injection gas compression and approximately 80,000 barrels per day of produced water treatment and re-injection facilities.

D. Platform Operations: Heera Platform (Bombay high Off-shore).

The Well fluids coming from different wells collect at main manifold in the process platform. Then the fluid directed to H.P. separator through a well fluid pre-heater. Here three phase separation is being carried out. Oil separated from H.P. separator goes to M.P & then L.P. separator and then exports to onshore through pipe line by four pumps at a pressure of 50kg/sq.cm. Gas from H.P, M.P & L.P separator is going to compressor unit (three stage compressors) where compression takes place with passing through suction KODs & intercoolers. The gas from cooler enters glycol contactor for dehydration. Finally gas is exported to on shore through 36’’ pipe line at a pressure of 70kg/sq.cm. Part of gas is using for H.P & L.P flare pilot and fuel gas.

Design capacity: 90,000 barrels/day crude oil & 100 MMSCFD associated gas.
