24” MCD-III Pipeline is a CS water injection pipeline of grade ISO 3183-3 L415MCS from MMPS station to the DWD station. It is a 1.1KM long HDPE lined pipeline with 9mm wall thickness.

36” MCD-III Pipeline is a CS Gross Liquid Pipeline of grade ISO 3183-3 L415 MCS from the MM-G Station to MMPS. It is having a length of 4KM with 17.5mm wall thickness, and 20mm at the road crossings.

MAURID – MMPS PIPELINES is a project comprising of two pipelines (a 28.75KM long 16” GRE Bulk Liquid Pipeline from Maurid to MMPS station and a 32.105KM long PE Lined 12” CS Water Injection Pipeline from DWD to Maurid Headers). The GRE Pipes were supplied by FPI (Future Pipe Industries LLC) and the bonding technique was

used to join the pipes. The CS Pipeline was HDPE lined by sub-contractor STS (Special Technical Services LLC) by providing 49 break flange pits.
