Project 2: Satellite Field Development Project Phase 1


Installation and hook-up  of topsides piping, flow lines, process and mechanical equipments, structural decks, demolition of piping and equipments, static commissioning for start-up for Production, Riser, Wellhead, water/gas injection and Compression  platforms-Usari FR,FP,FA,Ubit GY,GP,GC, Utue KP,KA, ASABO, ABANG,ITUT, and OYOT



  • Conducting HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and Kick-off meetings for project start up and vessel positioning at offshore work locations
  • Development of works execution plan and SIMOPs
  • Developing and reviewing hook-up relevant procedures and requisitions
  • Monitor / Oversee day to day Construction / Installation/Hook-up works at Offshore.
    Set out the requirements based on project scope of work and coordinate between the different offshore vessels in conjunction with the Onshore based Logistics/Security Manager.
  • Set up manpower requirement for hook-up activities by liaising with labour suppliers in all the relevant trades
  • Piping, structural Jobcard/Workpack review
  • Tracking offshore Growth activities raising and endorsing site queries/site instructions
  • Review & Inspect Load out & Sea fastening activities / work at onshore Construction Yard.
  • Shut down work Planning.
  • Technical Bid Evaluation
  • Liaise with Client’s Platform / Site Managers, Marine Warranty surveyors, Third Party Inspection Agencies, & Construction Contractors.

Project : ADANGA REDEVELOPMENT PHASES I,II &III TB1921 (ADDAX PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT (NIGERIA) LIMITED


Installation of pipelines, risers, structural decks for monopods , tripods and structural deck extensions, topside piping installations, hook-up and static commissioning for start-up for ADPP,ADRP,TPU,KTMB, TMMP, AD22, AD7WI , AD6WI and ADSI platforms.



  • Development of offshore hook-up work plan and construction work packs
  • Coordination of construction crew and construction activities
  • Pigging and Hydrostatic testing of pipelines with references made to API-RP-14 L, API RP 1110, ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8
  • Hydrostatic testing of Pressure Vessels base on ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division I - Pressure Vessels- Production Separators, Test Separators, Flare Scrubbers, Knock-out Drums
  • Liaising with client in reviewing the scope and work to be done on a daily basis
  • Working with the Production Superintendents and the safety officers on Production Platforms to review safety and JSAs for work to be done.
  • Providing technical support for work boat/barge anchor pattern and jack-up barge positioning to the offshore survey team and boat captain
  • Raising technical quarries
  •  I give technical directions to the offshore construction crew base on clients’ specifications and international codes and standards.

  •    Review Scope of work for the De-oiling and desanding of the failed 19.3km x 16” crude pipeline from Ekpe OP to Asabo MP
  • Provision of engineering support

  • Review of contracts, scope of work and technical specifications during tender

Project 3: CHEVRON ESCRAVOS GAS PROJECT PHASE 3, OFFSHORE GAS GATHERING EGP3A (CHEVRON)


Experience:
  • Method statement development for pipeline and subsea equipments installations.
    • Review of contracts, scope of work and technical specifications during tender and pre-mobilization stages;
    • Supervise the technical performance of sub contractors
    • Development of procedures other project documentation;
    • Development of installation plans
    • Review and study reports, drawings and requisitions
    • Liaise with the client and write the project progress report, identify and process variation orders.
    • Assist in planning, procurement and logistics;
    • Track cost of plan, personnel and purchasing; and
    • Generate technical queries.
I carried out assignments as delegated by Project Manager and the Engineering Manager.             

Project 4: CHEVRON TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION OF PIPELINES AND RISERS (CHEVRON TIP 09/10)


Experience:-Design and drawing of  Barge and anchor mooring, sea fastening, pipeline installation and transportation procedure, Abandonment and recovery of winches and pipeline, start-up and laydown head, mattress installation procedures
