Duties involve working with a wide variety of contacts to co-ordinate the successful release of frontline TV advertised compilations and artist projects. Liaising with a wide variety of internal and external contacts to ensure they have what they need to complete jobs. Keeping schedules regularly updated and circulated, making sure all relevant people are aware of deadlines. Working on a number of projects simultaneously, being attentive to detail and being able to use initiative and prioritise wisely. Keeping calm and problem solving under pressure, as well as being pro-active in difficult situations. Turning projects around quickly. Having an understanding of all aspects of a major label, especially, but not limited to: Production, A&R administration, Marketing, Sales, and Digital Operations.
