Profile

My professional experience has allowed me to gain valuable experience in management as well. From this, I have developed the ability to be flexible and creative to meet the needs of clients and colleagues while ensuring their satisfaction with the services offered. My previous work experience as a Bilingual Admin Assistant also required a great amount of attention to detail, which translates well into the administrative field. It was my responsibility to process inquiries and oversee accounts, from collecting Merchandises, payments to performing service upgrades. In this role, I collaborated with a team in order to prioritize workloads and manage multiple high-priority assignments, developing solutions to challenging business problems.
