• Responsible for processing medical administration including summarising complex information to concise notes; also acting as part of office team, scheduling appointments and relaying messages
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships, ensuring high standards in customer service
• Demonstrating high attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and relayed to correct contact; answering telephones and emails, liaising with patients and utilising database booking system
• Responsible for creating various documentation including medical reports, correspondence and spreadsheets; submitting these for review (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, industry systems)
