Since Dec’ 11 with AIGTCC, Kuwait as a Mechanical Project Engineer for oil and gas Refinery Gathering center up gradation works KOC

• Supervised Installation and commissioning of GE make Gemini HSR 2 throw gas boosting compressor’s for gas booster station.

• Supervised 24” HFO pipeline construction works from Mina al Ahmadi refinery to Doha west (65kms) and gas booster station installation works

• Supervised construction of 4 light naphtha tanks and daily status reporting.

• Erection and commission of gas booster Station, Gas heater skid and associated piping.

• Planning out commissioning activities on the critical equipment’s i.e. gas turbines, steam turbines, gas compressors and air compressors.

• Developed engineering skills on rotary and stationary equipment’s like pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, towers, aboveground storage tanks, tank farm, shell & tube heat exchangers, process piping, underground Pipelines, flares, gas sweetening units and package equipment’s

• Involved in the execution of 300 TPD Sulphur Recovery unit installation works in Visakhapatnam HPCL.

• Interfaced and coordinated installation and commissioning of Gas heater skid and associated piping works.

• Involved in the Installation and commissioning of the GE make LM2500 engines and Nuovo Pignone-PCL803 gas compressor for RIL at Gadimoga.

• Drawn up plan for maintaining proper records for technical deviations at site in consultation with Client/Consultant.

• Provided on-site Management and quality control to ensure projects met time and budget requirements, and were built in accordance with contract documents.
