• Certification on AutoCAD with Auto LISP from Jadavpur University (Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering), obtained B+ grade.

• Pro E Wildfire 4.0 and Master CAM X3 from MSME Tool Room – Kolkata.

• CNC and CAD/CAM from C.T.T.C, Bhubaneswar.

• Participated in “Finishing School in Production Engineering from Indian Machine Tool Manufacturer’s Association, Bangalore.

Achievements

• Worked as single point of contact between the customer and CERATIZIT – Spain as well as project lead on a project of worth 100 million Euro by establishing CERATIZIT – Spain in India via a complex tooled up project for machining of graphite electrode at HEG, Bhopal.

• Design and developed more than 50 types of different carbide inserts for machining of crankshafts, cam shafts for more than 16 customers including automotive customers like HYUNDAI, MARUTI UDYOG, HONDA, TATA MOTORS and for their ancillaries.

• Participated in IMTEX 2015 as a leader of the team as well as responsible as the stand manager for CERATIZIT India Pvt. Ltd. stand.

• Responsible for implementation of 5S activity in various departments under marketing departments. Implementation of space saving, standardizing of procedures.

• Responsible of promotion of brand via digital media to promote the information on newly developed technology and tools in the cutting tool segment.
