– Initiate request for manpower and supervises the same as needed in the project.

– Check and review the plans and designs of projects assigned to the Junior Design Engineers as needed.

– Prepare contracts, work requests, purchase requisitions, gate passes, request for overtime works, and the like needed during the implementation of project.

– Evaluates and certify project accomplishment and request payment to accounting based on accomplishment. Recommends project incentives or penalty and expulsion/blacklisting of contractors as needed. Conducts performance evaluations of completed projects as needed.

– Certifies plan and design and other documents needed in the project required for government permits and licenses.

– Prepares drawings of various mechanical elements for spare parts fabrication, machining and/or casting.

– Maintains and updates technical records of the factory for ready references e.g. plans, maps, lay-out, charts, diagrams, equipment specifications, estimates, projects and
PWC documents, etc…

– Coordinates and give technical supports and/or advises to Company’s operating departments and subsidiaries as maybe requested.
