Short Bio:

I have completed my Masters in Business Administration(MBA) in Information Technology and Bachelors of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication, both from Mumbai University, India.
I have more than 2 years of experience in Software Company where I have direct interactions with clients for elicitation of the requirements for the company’s in-house ERP product. Because of direct interaction between clients and acting in a role of a mediator between client side and our technical team I have developed key skills like developing good relationships with our clients, elicitation of the requirements from clients, providing user friendly solutions and preparing accurate business process flows and business/functional requirement documentation and getting sign off of the documents.

 Requirement Gathering

• Elicitation and Understanding of requirements of clients

 Process Mapping

• Mapping the business processes with help of MS Visio.

 Requirement and GAP Analysis

• Analyzing the requirements and identifying the GAP points and taking the confirmation of the same with the implementation teams.

 SRS documentation
