I started my career with vodafone franchisee, then i worked 2 years in Rainbow Industrial Services (Sole distributor of few of the multinational companies) & then i worked 6.5 years in Pharma sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Vacancy Management, Recruiting SO, SO Induction, Managing Customer List, On Job Training, Retaining & Developing SO, Convert & Develop ‘Core Doctors’.
  2. Analyze TP, DCR, Expense statement, Dairy & Stock and Sales statement regularly.
