• Analysing the current state of internal logistics delivery routes and methods in Unipart by using existing research tools and techniques such as spaghetti diagram.

• Investigating on the factors affecting the delivery routes by using the fish bone diagram and paretto analysis.

• Designing new internal logistics delivery routes by using lean methodology.

• Designing a train system for delivering the raw material to the shop floor.
