Work Experience

Experience based on the optical business, either in casting of finished and semi finished lenses or on RX laboratories. Linked to the chemical industry applied to manufacturing technology of organic lenses, production and as a consultant for companies manufacturing organic lenses.
Latest improvements are High index tinting using H&K machine, Anti-fog dipping process with SCL machine, Therapeutic colours, Blue Block process with external company and Trivex dipping process yield.

This experience helped me to develop skills with people and in machinery management, maintenance of the equipment involved in the process and general facilities, continuous improvement processes in new facilities, both at home and abroad , working for objectives and production costs.

In this context, team work, learning abilities to adapt to new situations, both technical and organizational and interact with managers from different departments such as R & D, planning, purchasing and IT, are all necessary.

Start up of machines and audit of the manufacturing process.
