Short Bio:

My current role is Customer Relation Executive in UTi Worldwide Company. I provide comprehensive support for the Sales and Marketing staff in all our Southern and Eastern regional outlets. I was also actively involved in helping to implement a series of customer service operational policy procedures along with strong monitoring to ensure the company's servicing and sales targets are achieved. In the last two years, I have assisted my departmental manager in ensuring the needs of larger account.
