Short Bio:

Along with Social Science & IT qualifications I have experience in languages (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi).

For a number of years I was in Madrid working as a volunteer for an equine rescue centre. At the centre I was able to take responsibility for a number of roles and take direct part in the development of public relations and fund raising activities. This included liaising with media, educational facilities and local government.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND VOLUNTARY WORK

Volunteer at the Friends of the Donkey shelter where we rescue and breed equines, mainly donkeys.

I was responsible for educational and promotional duties, including fundraising activities, liaison with schools and community groups, web-site maintenance and media co-operation. I was also co- responsible for basic care of animals including feeding and grooming.
