ACHIEVEMENTS

I have helped overturn numerous decisions whilst working self-employed;

1. Mandatory reconsideration of Employment Support Allowance helped achieve 18 points for a client who had no points. As a result the client has been placed in a limited work capability group.

2. Overturned a social security decision where they claimed the partner was ‘undeclared’ and therefore social security asked for repayments of £3,000 which was cancelled out via my appeal for the client.

3. Overturned a decision for a client who was falsely mis-sold a electricians course which he did not ask for and susbsequently was asked to pay numerous monthly installments. I wrote a letter which cancelled the agreement.

4. Helped a father achieve a contact order for his two children whom he did not know the whereabouts of. Continuously helped this client for almost a year and acted as a MC Kenzie friend in family court for the client.
