– Landscape Design, concept design.

– Presentation of designs to clients. Concept ideas and final designs.

– Design Lighting plans layout.

– Swimming pool design concepts.

– Tender services for projects (plants, labour, materials etc) and achieving the most cost effective solutions for clients.

– Project Management and construction supervision from start to delivery in accordance with the design specifications and on schedule with nurseries, architects, contractors and sub contractors etc.

– Proficient at reading blueprints and site plans and conducting site inspections.

– Freehand sketching, drafting & rendering.

– Native speaker Greek, fluent command of written and spoken English.

– Proficient in communicating effectively with those involved in the projects to exchange or convey information and receive work direction.

I have produced designs for over 250 private residences both large and small scale projects.

High profile private residence clients have been Russian tycoons (Limassol), Ship owners (Limassol), hotel owners (Limassol and Paphos), socialites (Nicosia), three Ministers (Nicosia), and the daughter of a president of Cyprus(Nicosia).
