I started working as a waiter when I was 18 in a restaurant called Panarottis, then I also worked in another Panarottis where I was a senior and doing managerial duties. I also worked as a banqueting waiter in a 5 star hotel (fusion boutique hotel). I designed my own website (www.kcirdrol.co.za) with the knowledge I gained at Boston business college.
