 Troubleshooting escalated Backup and Restore Related Issues.

 Performing all kinds of restore as per request.

 Troubleshooting and resolving escalated VLS issues.

 Troubleshooting and resolving escalated Library issues.

 Configuring Pre/Post jobs, Polices to include/exclude files, Services for backup and Restoration.

 Define & Update the Storage pools (Primary Storage Pool, Copy Storage Pool, Active data pool).
