Experience Summary

1. Currently working in KONKAN STORAGE SYSTEMS (KOCHI) PVT .LTD as IT Support Engineer deputed from Parent Company – ASMACS System Solutions PVT.LTD, Mumbai
(December 2010 to present).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Escalating IT issues to the IT manager where necessary

• Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

• Undertaking small to medium sized IT projects as instructed by the IT manger

• Providing desktop and server support
