Experience in managing users’ profiles on Active directory, Exchange Server, VPN console, FTP Server, and Blackberry BES5 and BES10 servers.

Diagnose and resolved application and hardware issues reported by users.

Administration of File server: Assigning Access Rights to dept. folders, shared folders and files.

Responsible for configuring and issuing Blackberry devices, other smart phones & SIM Cards,
