Since I started my own first company, I worked with italian companies offering them the best support for every technology-related project, also involving branding and marketing. On a strictly technology side, I developed and tested (even in team with the end users) softwares to automate processes and shorten the production time.

In 2003 I worked for Lamborghini Holding Spa to create a software to keep track of the movements of each single part of the car while working on the assembly line, which for the italian car company is on different locations. The aim of the project was to make every worker involved in a car building to know exactly the timing of the process of building to reduce time gaps between locations and improve production.

I also developed with Miroglio Spa developer team the software which is still used to manage working hours and rounds among different locations of the brand.

On a branding/marketing side I had experience with Ferrero Srl about online marketing campaigns. In the last years I produced branding and marketing events for Aiello Volley Corigliano volleyball team, one of the Italian teams.

The role was about testing a new Statistical software package for volleyball based on .Net programming.

Main goal was court testing, finding bugs and solutions to them, developing innovative functions and working with other developers to implement new features.

After the final release of the software, my role has changed to training coaches on the software, and I travelled around Italy, France and Germany to teach at more than 30 teams how to use the software for their particular needs

Strong leadership, developed in working with high-level and National Teams where I had to manage staff of 5/8 people and players, and also in my job experiences as manager and owner. This brought me also great delegating abilities and critical thinking / problem solving skills.

Always goal oriented, and always meet deadlines, and getting to the goals within the given time, using negotiation, adaptability and conflict resolutions skills when needed.
