This Wellhead will be a Cameron’s unique model and it will compete in both export and domestic markets. This is an improved performance, quality and oil and gas field.

Responsible for:

• Creation of layout for the new concept for the Running tools like BOP Test tool, Wear sleeve running tool, Conductor Housing Running Tool.

• Creation of Mechanical calculations in Mathcad.

• Creation of Forging Drawings using API Standards and Machining Drawings per ASMI Y14.5 Standards.

• Creation of BOM in SAP PLM environment to facilitate manufacturing.

• Creation of a Equipment testing Fixtures.

Brief description of the project:

The main goal of the Case study is to identify the failure modes related to the loss of the intended system function. It is basically an analytical technique, which may be used to examine the functions from a customer point of view, so as to minimize failures at initial design stage.

Responsible for:

 To identify & analysis the failure modes and their effects on the system functions.

 To rank the failure modes according to the combination of severity and the probability of that failure mode occurring (Criticality Analysis).

 Final FMECA report is generated based on the source and submitted to the customer.

 To Create a New Proposal Layout for the Tubing hanger Handling & installation come retrieving tool, TH emergency Recovery Tool Etc…

 Once the layout have been approved then Creation of Forging Drawings, Machining Drawing and Tolerance stack up Analysis will be done.

 Selection of weld spec.

Once the reservoir is closed the tree should be retrieved from the Subsea. We have supported the offshore support team in this project and the tree have been success fully Retrieved from the Site.

 To Create a Layout for the Tubing hanger emergency Recovery Tool to recover the Tubing Hanger from the Tubing Spool.

 Material selection for the Components.
