  • Organise and manage many large conference events, including venue procurement, dressing and layout and event management.
  • Run the office and manage the diaries, scheduling and travel of busy speakers, consultants and trainers.

  • Headed the combined efforts of the Sales and Operations team of 12 members.
  • Selling vacation packages of up to $75,000AUD value by conducting consistent and accurate sales consultations and negotiating contracts with corporate clients such as KPMG and Qantas.
  • Monitored and analysed the monthly sales figures and Key Performance Indicators and communicated insights with Sales Director.
  • Oversaw the creation of promotional material to be included in corporate magazines, newsletters and electronic mail-shots.

Dec 2004 – Sept 2008:  The Eton Group - Front of House Manager - United Kingdom

  • Responsible for 11 members of front office staff, including nights, reception, reservations and porters.
