Leading a team of Civil Engineers and Architects, MEP Design Consultants and Cost Consultant.

  • Preparation of Tender Nominated Sub Contract packages, Evaluation of bids, Technical discussion with vendors and finalizing technical and commercial matters with vendors and finalization of orders.
  • Reviewing of civil, structural & other Nominated Sub Contractor’s Shop Drawings and Final As Built drawings
  • Chaired regular Progress Review meetings, Monitored Project Progress on a weekly basis
  • Interfacing with various disciplines to ensure smooth execution of the project, Review of Detailed Project Reports
  • Strong protagonist of HSE Norms
  • Co-ordination between Client, Main Contractor and Nominated Sub Contractors

This was a premier project for Holford Associates in Oman which consisted of a Showroom, Warehouse and Workshop for vehicles such as TOYOTA, LEXUS and KIA.

The project had been complicated due to the large number of Nominated Sub-Contractor’s involved, construction procedures using Post-tensioning of concrete, a space constraint for storage and access for the contractor, the on-going functions of the existing facility to be unaffected or disturbed during construction and the direct involvement of the stakeholders. My technical knowledge, personal management and excellent communication skills with leadership qualities have made the project a success.

My quick grasp of the flow of material and manpower with the manufacturing concepts and an acute acumen of time and quality management helped in completion of these projects.
