Equipment layout preparation as per OISD, Piping study layout, detailed section view preparation for civil, support and piping, Technological structure arrangement & civil loading, Piping routing and platform detailing for vessels, Nozzle orientation of Vessel and drum, Civil information drawings, Vendor drawings & GAD implementation.


SUPPORT ENGINEERING: Detail support sketch formation for Special support and dynamic supports. Secondary steel arrangement for heavy load, Clip detailing for Drum and Vessels. Preparing Data sheets for Spring and Special supports, Spring selection in LICAD (Vendor-Lisega).support modeling in PELICAN FORGE software .Preparing support standards based on previous project.


MATERIAL ENGINEERING: Preliminary, secondary and final MTO preparation, Valve list preparation, Hand-sketch routing from PID for preliminary MTO. Soft and Hard checking of isometrics, Estimation and preparation of Steam Tracing Network. Familiar with international standard:-ASME &ASTM.


3D DESIGNING: Designing in, PDS, PELICAN FORGE, editing and detailing in MICROSTATION & AUTO CAD, Review proficiency in SMART PLANT REVIEW (SPR), NAVIS JETSTREAM, NAVIS WORKS V6.1

MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE:
 Assigned as Area Engineer for Sulphur recover project for Qatar Petroleum, Qatar
 Effectively leading and managing team of five PDS designers.
 Coordination with the prime office at Sharjah for the interface areas.
 Developing project schedule and manpower requirement for piping layout activities.
 Representing Layout team on site and solving piping issues such as pipe clash and pipe supports
