EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Projects Handled:

 CBM

Responsibilities:

 Handling EPC project for Gas gathering stations (GGS) & Main compression station (MCS) facilities.

 Providing well surface facilities like Civil work, Separator facilities and piping connectivity from wells to skid and infield Pipeline network for both water and gas.

 Liaising with both local and government authorities and customer distribution network.

Responsibilities:

 Handled project of more than INR 3000 Crs.for implementation of green field project.

 Executed all MOC work as per process requirement.

 Successfully completed:

o Compressed Air & Nitrogen plant with M/S Air liquid as an LSTK Contractor.

o CDU/VDU Unit with various vendors and handed over for safe operations.

o Tankages work for marketing terminal and road gantry with Bridge & Roof as a contractor. The Tank diameter ranges from 9Mtrs to 66 Mtrs including tank farm and handed over to operation department.

o Fabrication of Stripper column, Main fractionator column, Reactor and regenerator. Major job involved are total coordination with PMC( EIL) and Licensor (Belco) to release the AFC drawing for contractors, Material follow-up and daily progress monitoring with contractor( GR Engineering).

o Micro grading works which includes connectivity of all unit & offsite drains to storm water pond, Road works for refinery and grading works around units & tank farm areas.

o Civil& structural for offsite areas.

o Vapor Recovery unit with Carbovac as licensor.

Responsibilities:

 Completed 12 nos of heater with its associated piping work (steam & fuel oil) for CFU/AROMATIC Unit at RPL Jamnagar within the time frame given.

 Followed up for Detailed engineering drawing, procurement of all site related materials like structural steel, plates etc.

 Looked after development of subcontractor for execution,

 Worked as an In charge at IOCL Boroda for MSQ project.

Responsibilities:

 Coordinated & completed piping works for inside and outside cold box (cryogenic lines), equipment erection and all associated utility piping works at BARC Kalpakkam.

 Completed associated piping works outside cod box with cold insulation at Jindal steel plant, Bellary.

Responsibilities:

 Completed CDU/VDU,HCU & LOBS heater work with its associated piping work at BPCL Mahul as a site in charge. Responsibility involves piping fabrication, erection, site coordination and execution by daily follow-up and review with the subcontractors, Resource mobilization as required and follow up with the vendors for delivery of materials at site.

 Worked as a planning engineer for Catalytic de-auxing unit at IOCL Haldia and involvedin total material planning, progress monitoring, work scheduling and daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting and review with client and consultant.

 Worked as a site engineer at Naptha cracker unit and LLDPE plant at Haldia petrochemicals Ltd with Toyo and Technimont as a consultant and handled site execution of piping jobs (Fab & Erection) at NCU& total pneumatic conveying system.

ACHIEVEMENTS

 Executed pneumatic conveying system for LLDPE plant within scheduled time for HPL Haldia.

 Timely managed all inventory & schedule for timely completion of catalytic Deauxing unit for IOCL Haldia.

 As RCM coordinated and completed 12 nos of heaters for CFU/Aromatic unit with its related piping work for Reliance Jamnagar without any financial penalties to the company.

 Total project management for completion of CDU/VDU unit, Air & Nitrogen plant, VRU unit, Tank & tank farms, Fabrication of columns/ Reactor-Regenerator package and various civil jobs as a project manager with HPCL-MITTAL ENERGY and completed all projects in advance as per commissioning requirement of the refinery. In the process handled 25 contractors and M/s EIL as a consultant. Project handled is worth of more than INR 3000 Cr.

 Maintained safety standards and no major LTI recorded for the projects handled till date.
