Work Experience

1) May 2013- present :SAP India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, as Control & Instrumentation Engineer involved in erection, installation and commissioning of field instruments super critical boilers(3*660MW) and turbine unit.

2) June 2012 -May 2013: NSL Groups Pvt. Ltd, as Trainee Engineer involved in Calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments installed in Co-generation (35MW), 7500TCD Sugar plant.

3) Current Project: Sar Senapati Sugars, Kolhapur(subsidiary of ISGEC Heavy engineering Ltd.), involved in erection and commissioning of EPC for a 23MW Cogeneration plant

1) NSL Group Pvt. Ltd (June 2012- May 2013)

Designation : Trainee Instrumentation Engineer-Unit Incharge

Description : Erection and Control of 35MW Cogeneration Plant and Sugar Unit, Installation of field instruments, calibration and servicing of installed instruments , maintain the cash flow, procurement of manpower, machinery, suppliers, contractors, mobilization of new site.

2) Lokmangal Mauli Industries Ltd, Lohara-Maharashtra(May 2013-Dec2013)

Designation : Instrumentation Engineer

Description : This project includes Erection of 8000TCD Mill House, Boiling Section and, Sugar House, Erection of Control Panels including installation & commissioning of Field instruments, calibration, execution, Manpower management, planning of day to day activity.

3) Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd,Banawali -Punjab(subsidary of L& T Ltd.)(Dec2013 to July2014 )

Designation : C&I Engineer

Description : Project involved Erection of Instruments for 3 x 660MW Super critical boilers and Turbine Unit. Responsible for planning and survey of erection and commissioning at all levels, day to day planning of work and man power management.

4) Sar Senapati Sugars, Kolhapur(cubsidary of ISGEC Heavy enginnering Ltd.)(July 2014 till date)

Designation : C&I Engineer

Description : Project involves 23MW Co-Generation Power plant.

Responsibility of project planning and execution to meet the scheduled dates.

JB Scheduling, I/O list finalisation, Instrument erection according to P&I Diag.

Man power management, commissioning activities.
