Key Responsibilities

 Responsible to review the Contractors documents like Material and drawings. Checking the site works as per contractor inspection request and confirming the work as per approved drawings & Method Statement.

 Preparing Construction Programme Schedule & Monitoring site progress according the project construction schedule and reporting Superior accordingly.

 Implemented quality standards based in the specification & drawings

 Co-ordination with client & consultant representatives regarding engineering and quality issues.

 Familiarized with Job Safety Analysis and Hazard Identification Process as part of HSE practices.

 Coordinate with other specializations in the Engineering Section to ensure compatibility of all work.

 Preparing weekly & monthly site progress report and forwarding to the Project Manager.

 Manage and ensure ISO 9001 implementations

 Conducting site inspection and identify & rectifying the deficiencies.

 Ensuring contractor’s compliance all civil works as per contract specifications.

 Confirm that all materials are approved and sufficient quantity is available at site to complete construction activity.

 Skilful in understanding the client requirements and accordingly coordinating the internal agencies, vendors and contractors involved in the project

 Conducting Weekly & monthly meeting with Constructors & Client Engineers at site.

 Verification of contractor monthly Bills & Preparing Client Bill’s.

 Coordinate with Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical departments during execution of civil works

 Responsible to maintain record of all site correspondence

 Coordinating & Line up for all the statuary compliance.

 Quantity takes off from the design drawing and comparative study with the BOQ for tender submission.
