JOB DESCRIPTION

IN-HOUSE QUALITY / CUSTOMER QUALITY

• Responsible for First OFF inspection, In-Process Inspection, PDI & Layout Inspection.
• Responsible for Countermeasure Closure and Effectiveness Monitoring for all concerns.
• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan & Final inspection check sheet for products.
• Root cause analysis and taking countermeasure for In-Process, PDI and Customer rejections.
• 8D preparation for customer complaints.
• Conducting daily meeting for Rejection analysis and PFMEA. Control plan and PFD revision
• Quality Alert, One point lesson, Skill matrix preparation.
• Responsible for Process capabilities.
• Knowledge of Measuring Instruments, Quality Control of the products
• Provide weekly and monthly Quality Reports to top management.

PROJECT ASSOCIATE

• Studied the existence of Infrastructural facilities of the clients to obtain loan from their bankers with Feasibility Report.
• SWOT analysis which I have done to arrest the impediments to achieve objective and to create & reap the advantages of the above said.
