RESPONSIBILITIES AS A DOCUMENT CONTROLLER:

• To provide Document Control Services through EDMS (Electronic Database Management System – ASSAI / Conject / Documentum/Aconex) to the project team and reporting information related to the status of the project documents, drawings in accordance with Contract Execution Procedure throughout the life cycle of the projects.

• Maintaining, update and review a comprehensive computer database, including documentation & drawings corresponding to those of Consultants, contractors & suppliers.

• Distribute documents/drawings for comment / approval / construction release as per the distribution matrix for Design / Vendor documents/drawings through WebDMS.

• Maintaining, update the project filing and controlled revision history for hard copy and electronic filing on a regular basis.

• Generate, maintain and update the Project Documents Deliverable Register, which includes transmittals, Technical Documents & drawings, Vendor Documentation, & manuals.

• Ensure any changes to documents are agreed and verified with engineering personnel.

• Coordinating with Project engineering Manager and prepared Distribution Matrix in the EDMS.

• Quality checking of all drawings, documents for their document no, revision no, approvals status etc. in the correct format according to project procedures.

• Preparing weekly report of documents progress updates provided to Project Management.

• Maintaining check list to ensure all document related activities are carried out.

• Supervise and provide guidance to Document control team.

• Maintain Master filing system as per filing procedure.

• Working to strict deadlines whilst managing a demanding workload.

• Identifying and implementing document control system improvements.

• Assisting with audits of internal procedures and processes as required.

• Worked on SAP (T-Bits) for entries of Supply bills and Running bills and distributing the same according to their discipline to concern department.

• Familiar with printers & plotters for Scanning & Printing with all types of paper size.

• Planning, supervising and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties including the project team, client and vendor.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PLANNING ASSISTANT

• Working under PMC–I (Project Management Consultant – India) Group, ABB Lummus Crest Mauritius.

• Responsible for making Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Report according to WBS wise. Distributing to concerns and maintaining records of same in soft as well as hard copy for future reference.

• Created & Updated Pre-commissioning schedules in Excel which includes day to day pre-commissioning activities for proper monitoring.

• Preparing Presentation for Monthly Project Review Meeting (PRM).

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce – Graduate from Saurashtra University (Gujarat-India) in 2005.

• Certificate in Computer Science from Saurashtra University (Gujarat-India) in 2001.
