• Working as Commissioning Start Up Team Member for Enhanced Oil Recovery project in the following areas :

• Crude oil processing & stabilisation (40,000 BPD); Three Phase Separation.

• Produced Water treatment/Produced Gas-Sour gas treatment plant (H2S Gas-6000ppm );

• Checks and monitors gas levels at various areas in the plant

• During maintenance activities. Attends maintenance work to ensure safe operations consistent with related Permit/ Certificate.

Starts, stops and monitors chemical injection in central station, remote stations and water injection units. Maintains records of chemical injection rats.

• Re-charges chemical storage tanks. Keeps chemical stock and arranges for loading/ unloading of chemical.

• Liaises with various parties to coordinate field activities related to MOL and pigging.

• Carries-out daily inspection of plant and equipment in oil/gas stations, tank and flare areas and/or water injection units to ensure normal operations, as applicable. Takes a variety of readings such as rates, levels and pressures, flow, line loads, running condition of surface pumps, Redas and enters in daily log book.

• Checks for any malfunctions, such as line ruptures, valve breaks and blown gaskets, estimates degree of seriousness and takes action accordingly. Includes isolating and shutting down individual plant.

• Operates/Checks valves, lines and pumps/ compressors to meet operating requirements. Includes starting up and stabilizing degassing station, water injection units, main oil line pumps manifolds, flow/transfer lines, as appropriate.

• Maintains quality control checks. Takes samples for analyses for TSS, salt, H2S bottom sediment, water (BS&W), Hydrogen-Sulphide, and dew point tests, as applicable.

• Shell Iran Offshore Limited, Soroosh-Comissioning Project.

• Carried out pre-commissioning and commissioning of the 190,000 BPD facility on SPP1 / SPP2 platforms with 4 trains -multistage separation and desalting facility.

• Commissioned 10 ESP oil wells and 17 self-flowing wells.

• Total Responsibility From Construction / Completion Onwards to Achieve Mechanical Completion,

• Pre-Commissioning , Commissioning & Start Up Of Process Systems Consisting Of Gas Wells, HP /LP 3 Phase Separation, / , Gas Export & Metering System, Utility & Flare Systems.

• Performance Testing And Hand Over Of Systems to Client. Presently engaged in commissioning gas processing/export platforms at Iran offshore. The project consists of three platforms, each with a capacity to export 1200 mmscfd gas along with condensate produced, to onshore with an export pressure of 100-124 barg. The pressure differential across the platform is 200 barg. The condensate is treated before injecting in the main gas export stream and produced water is treated before disposing it.

• Roles & Responsibilities: Reviewing Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning procedures and simultaneously Commissioning Systems.
