  • Maintaining the TPM, 5S Check list .
  • Maintaining ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18000 documentation for Projects Department.
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing process.
  • Ensure strict safety management for man/mc/ material through EMS / OHSAS 18001.
Production Control Activities

  • Implementation of Environment Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) as a requirement of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS -18001:1999.
  • Implementation of Quality management system as a requirement of QS 9000 & ISO/TS16949 and Quality improvement through QC Circle.
  • Reducing the rejection rate, improving the line effectively and through KIZEN        (continuous improvement).
