1. Product Testing (CTP and OPUS) From Aug’2011 to Till date

Description: CTP is a Test management tool and OPUS is Net Magnus’s Test automation enabler which offers the user capability to automate test efficiently across a range of platforms, from web based GUI, to n-tier architecture and middleware. Involved in Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing and Regression Test Automation of OPUS and CTP product releases.

Task Accomplished:

 Project Management, Corporate Administration, Client support (ex: Masref Al Rayan Bank, Doha, Qatar), coordination with clients for conducting POC at client place (ex: Masreq Bank, Dubai), Payroll process, Billing, Responsible for project deliverables, scheduling, SLA adherence, status reporting, metrics collection, attending process audits, risk management and customer satisfaction.

2. RAK Bank, UAE (National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah) From Nov’ 2010 to Aug’2011

RAK Core Banking (Offshore and Onshore)

Middleware testing was performed for web services using HTTP-Post and RHFUtil by SOAP UI tool and semi-automated the Sanity Testing and Regression Testing of RAK Core Banking Middleware, on users and the services which could be accessed by these systems. It also performed Data driven testing of services to verify and assert request-response messages against a large set of data. Load testing was done to measure performance to ensuring that the functionality doesn’t break.

Changes to the project, including additional requirements and reduced time scales required significant changes to the test strategy and re-establishment of trust between the test teams and the client. With 3 months allocated to this task for onsite, I managed to turn it around in 2.5 months.

Description: Managing the testing of different middle ware and front end systems

T-Safe Integration Services (TIS)

T-Safe Integration Services (TIS) is a Middleware system which provides a secured access to a number of services for managing card registration, payment, aliasing, etc. The main objective of this system is to provide an alias for a supplied (PAN) card number and for the supplied CVV2 (Card Verification Value 2). The Database used for this system is T- Safe Data Store (TDS).

Enterprise Service Bus (Performance Testing)

ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) provides TIBCO technology based infrastructure for exposing reusable services on the T-Mobile UK Enterprise Service Bus.

Event Based Messaging – (EBM)

The Event Based Messaging (EBM) is a messaging application. It sends text messages, voice messages (or) an e-mail to the T-Mobile customers regarding the offers and monthly billing details etc., to both post-pay and pre-pay customers.

Intelligent Network Services

The Intelligent Network Services (INS) is a set of services that provides interconnectivity between several different systems in order to facilitate information retrieval and storage on disparate platforms.

Description: Web based application, which deals with documents exchange for the trading customers of Standard Chartered bank. The different modules of B2BeX are Customer Administration, Document Grouping, Trade Document Management, Integrated Reporting, Catalog Management and Portal Services.
