Working as shift engineer in Khodashi Hydel Power Pvt Ltd
(2.45MW X 2= 4.9MW) in Pune
Since MARCH 2015.

Responsible for operating and maintenance of 2 X 2.45MW Mini hydel power plant, horizontal full Kaplan turbines which was supplied by M/S JYOTI, BARODA, Gujarath, including Generator, breaker and 7.5MVA Transformer, MAKE: SILCHAR, switch yard etc.

Previous Experience: –

Worked as Electrical Maintenance Engineer in CCL Products (India) Limited

Responsibilities:-

 Good working knowledge on 1010kva&650kva generators and 500kva UPS.

 Maintenance of 2500kva Transformers and Electrical Motors & Control Panel, Power Panel.

 Electrical Switchgear (A.C.B, MCB’s, MPCB’s.) Power devices, CTs, PTs.

 Power contactor, Capacitor Panel, Fuses, Lightening arrestor.

 Maintenance of LT & HT breakers / PCCs / MCCs / battery banks and battery charge System etc. in a process industry.

 Planning, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical System.

 Calibration of different types of field Instrument likes pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters  and different types of control valves. Maintain electrical spares for continuous running of plant when electrical problems occur.

Operation And Maintenance in Ngon Coffee Company Limited in Vietnam.
From July 2013 to December 2014.
Which was a branch established by CCL Products (India) Limited located at Duggirala, INDIA.

Responsibilities:-

 Have good knowledge on Vacuum spray dryer processing and equipment.

 Operating and maintenance of 32 tons water tube rolling bed boiler.

 Maintain standard instrument parameters to get good powder output.

 Maintaining of Steam pressure for all sections which is required by all sections.

 Preparing & Maintaining of all ISO, BRC records like Preventive maintenance record, breakdown Maintenance records etc., as per standards.

 Supervise all sections workers.

 Driving forklift.
