Monitoring materials inspection at receiving stage with appropriate mill certificates and heat numbers during construction, identify those that adverse to the contract plan and specification and report them to the Project Manager.

Monitor, inspect and record structural steel works, check and verify the line, level, plumb of shell erected, check erection tolerance, bolting up and all appropriate clauses of specification.
