• Design and develop customised machinery based on requirements

• Dealing with PLC, CAD, HMI, Microcontroller, Hydraulics & Pneumatics systems

• Understand exact requirement of application and develop system for top to bottom with precision accuracy & safety

• Organise workforce

• Outsource spare parts process

• Assist with technical work, dealing with banks, quotations, administrations & finance works

Awareness of workshop machining process and practical knowledge:

• Turning, drilling, milling, manual threading (tapping), shaping, slotting, grinding, material Harding, surface hardening, laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting, gas cutting, knurling, chamfering, shearing, electric discharge machining, wire cut machining

Practical experience over machine:
