Make verification for the RFI submitted by the construction department, work to be inspected is complete and in compliance with the Engineering Standard & Material shall conform to all applicable requirements standard. Verifying and reviewing the construction drawings covering ISS, P&ID, ILD, SLD, Layout Drawing, Hook-Up Drawing, Typical Drawing and Wiring Details etc.
Carrying Internal Inspection prior to issuing notification for MCN Mechanical System Completion Notification to Client. Carrying group Inspection for MCN & Final Walk through with Consultant & Client
Responsible for updating the ITR Inspection Test report, taking client signature for his approval, Submitting the ITR to Certification department for record keeping , system updating and maintaining QC documentation, Reviewing the final QC documentation.
Responsible for Installation / mechanical Completion for Instrumentation system. DCS/PLC/ESD/FAS-System Cabinet, Marshaling cabinet, Junction Box, Field mounted instrument like PT, TT, FT, LT Switches, Gauge’s, and MOV & Control Valves Etc.
Responsible for the Installation of Fire & Gas, Telecommunication System in the Field such as Push Button, Horn & Beacon and Fire & Smoke Detection and Analytical Instrument.
Inspection for the Installation of CCTV camera & Speakers in the Electrical Substation and Main Control Building.
Visual inspection of all types of electronics & Pneumatic instrument like PT, TT, FT, LT Switches, Gauge’s & Control Valves, MOV etc, and Witnessing the calibration of Instrument at site Calibration workshop & field.
Reviewing the Instrument Hot Loop packages and witnessing Instrument Final Hot Loop check.
Inspection for installation & rooting of Instrument Air Piping, Tubing /Impulse tubing, and Witnessing the Pressure & Leak Test.
Inspection for Laying, Dressing, Glanding and Termination for EC, LV, MV, HV Control, Power & instrument (UG/AG) Cable.
Inspection of Cable trays and Conduit in the Field and inside Control Building.
Inspection for the Instrument Cable Trenches prior to cable Pulling and after Cable Pulling to release for the next activities. Inspection for Cable Rooting, Dressing and tagging in side cable trench.
Inspection for the Installation of Earthing (Grounding) Cable and Bus bar in the Field and Buildings and Connection to the equipment as per the approved drawing and specification.
Assuring the valid Calibrated IMTE is being used during Inspection & Test and Calibration Certification is maintained.
Familiar with international standards ISA, IEC, ANSI, API, NEC, NEMA, NFPA, BS etc.
Conversant with engineering Drawing such as P&ID, Hook-up, ILD, Termination Detail, Cable Schedule, Plant Layout, Logic Diagram etc.
Unicating and forwarding the data of weekly progress and daily progress to the client. Attending the construction meeting, technical discussion and planning for further assignments in hand.
Plan and Perform work scheduling, Trouble shooting, Loop Checking, Commissioning, Start-up & Function Logic Tests, perform Instrument Calibration, Conduct Field bus wiring test, Carry out skilled field installation, Diagnose Instrument malfunctioning.
