Skills

 I have wide practical experience on central chiller water plant, preferably York & Carrier Systems, air handling equipment, duct work systems, electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.

 Depth and progressive career in refrigeration practice and theory and updated knowledge on safety and regulations pertaining to refrigeration and air conditioning plant. I am familiar with recovery and recycling requirements for refrigerants. And able to read drawings and speak and write English.

 I have more than 4 year’s management experience of staff more than 24. Knowledge of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) systems and familiarity with computer systems MS Excel, MS Word, Tally and Power point.

Job Responsibilities & Key Skill :

• Diagnoses cause of problems and/ or failures in heating /air conditioning/ cold stores/ refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.

• Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems/ refrigeration system.

• Install, maintains and repairs computerized electronic pneumatic and digital direct control devices related to HVAC and heat control.

• Operates various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments.

• Performs brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding and fabrication.

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components.

• Knowledge in preventive maintenance procedures.

Gulf experience:

• Presently working with Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO) as a HVAC Supervisor,

I have wide experience of Onshore & Offshore, Worked with the (Transfield Mannai Facilities Management Services.) Qatar. As a (HVAC Team leader, supervising of the technicians group) from June 2006 to April 2011. Work location was Qatar Chemical (Q-Chem.) Plant, QAPCO, SEEF & offshore (NFA), (PS-3) (platform) Maintenance & Service of BMS & BAS System, Chillers, Central A/C, Ductable packages, split A/C, Specific System and wide knowledge of the Screw type and Reciprocating type compressor chillers.

Indian Experience :

• Sep.2004 to may 2006 – Worked in the telephone exchange in Nanded (Maharashtra) contract basis maintenance and Installation of Blue Star, carrier and Voltas central A/C split A/C and water cooler.

• October 1999 to 2002 – Work with MAFCO Pvt. Ltd., as a technician Plant Maintenance and servicing of the plant.
