Electrical Superintendant II/ Guinea, West Africa (Rio Tinto/Simandou Project)                                                       

  • Responsible of the installation of life support work camps, and renovation of existing employee domiciles to meet required safe living conditions for Fluor and Rio Tinto personnel, in addition to Sub Contractors on the project throughout Guinea.
  • Perform Electrical inspection of all facilities and prepare statements of work to up grade all facilities.
  • Coordinate with Sub contractors that will be doing the work and giving them technical assistance in up grading of all facilities.
  • Deciding the most cost effective way to do the renovation upgrades on the facilities.
  • Preparing statement of work, and providing this to the contactors for cost estimates on each facility.
  • Scheduling the work and time frame to complete each project.
  • Responsible for the installation of Diesel Power Generation, and Electrical Load calculations for all facilities.
  • Ensuring all electrical designs meet Code Standards and electrical safety on all facilities including the installation and commissioning of Remote camp facilities in addition to the testing and documentation of everything electrical at all facilities.
  • Provide oversight, supervision  and assistance to sub contractor performing the work being done on all facilities.
  • Installation of 230/400 volt 50 Hz power generation, with Automatic Transfer Switch capability, and main distribution panels, and sub panels at all facilities.
  • Prepare one line drawings with statement of work to sub contractors performing the work.
FLUOR GOVERNMENT GROUP (June 2009-August 2011)

Electrical Superintendent/ Bagram, Afghanistan (LOGCAP Task Order V)                                                
  • Responsible for new construction of US Military camps and the erection of Tent facilities.
  • Installation of RLB container units.
  • Power Generation installation, 120/208/ volt 60 Hz,   277/480/volt 60 Hz  and 230/400/ volt 50 Hz systems.
